"Our first stay here in a long time and we were pleased to see the upgrades to the rooms. Our room was a good size for the two of us, the bed was comfortable and everything was very clean. A small thing but we did think the towels could be a bit better quality. The highlight of our stay was the excellent service we received from the front desk staff and I'm sorry for not getting the name of the staff member that checked us in. She was very friendly and very helpful and deserving of recognition. We had supper at the pub in the hotel and again got excellent service and enjoyed our meals. The hotel is in a great location and we can see ourselves staying there again."

"This hotel was one of the best we have stayed at. We splurged and stayed here for the waterslide so my kids could enjoy it and wow it was awesome! The hotel was very clean, staff were super friendly, rooms were clean, pool area was clean. Breakfast was great :)"

"A newer hotel near a lake. Very central but far enough away from the main highway to be quiet All needed bathroom amenities. Get the breakfast included as it is à la carte and excellent. Elevator, air conditioning and comfy beds"

"WE stayed here twice, once on each leg of our journey to Halifax. Both rooms were well-appointed with comfortable beds. Breakfasts were good, and the location was close enough to the city to allow us to walk in to dinner. Perhaps a longish walk for some, but it felt good after all of the driving. The river trail is beautiful."

"Our room was clean and there was plenty of space. Parking right outside the slider in our room made loading and unloading much easier. Arriving on a date when there was a music festival in town was an added bonus. Front desk staff were super helpful in helping us navigate getting there and back. There were no noise issues. The breakfast room was crowded but we sat with some other very nice guests. Overall a very pleasant last night in Canada."
