"Clean room and excellent breakfast."

"We had dozens of ants infiltrating all of our luggage, and we couldn't sleep all night. And the ventilator in the bathroom was nonstop, running out of water, putting a towel on it as we sat down on the toilet. It was a miserable, horrible experience. They told us to complain to HOTELS.COM."

Le lac deriere l'hotel avec des chaises et un coins feux pour les clients étaient une très bonne idée pour soirée en familles. Setais une première pour voir de voir ceci dans un hotel. C'est super!"

"Bathroom was dirty, room was cramped and not cleaned, smelled like cigarette smoke. Area didn't feel safe. We checked out within 20mins of checking in. Absolutely a waste of time and money. Staff refused any type of refund or help what so ever."

"Staff was awesome they upgraded our room with no extra cost. Waved our fee for our meal because there was a mix up and it had to be remade. The whole hotel was immaculate and very accommodating. I would highly recommend it to anyone."
