"Nasty hotel that puts guests who use Expedia to book in bad rooms. One room smelled heavily of rubbing alcohol, and there was no way to open window. Another room was missing a window pane off the freeway, so it was like sleeping with a race track next to your head. Toilet ran and overflowed. Super rude front desk and abusive staff."

"We booked three rooms. One room was infested with bed bugs!!! The swimming pool hours were too restrictive (didn't open until 10:00 a.m.). Saturday morning there was no milk available at breakfast. Our granddaughter ate dry cereal. The staff members were aware that they were out of milk. We were disappointed that they were still out of milk on Sunday morning."
