The Jamaica Pegasus Hotel

The Jamaica Pegasus Hotel

8/10 Good
"It was ok. The breakfast was great the staff on the other hand was a little off. I think it’s because it’s considered a business hotel but the friendliness of Jamaica was present. I would recommend it though it was a wonderful stay"

10/10 Excellent
"This was my third time staying at this hotel and I’m telling you each experience just keeps getting better and better. Every person I came in contact with on the staff were very polite, respectful and pleasant. From the hospitality team at the front desk, to the housekeepers, to the waiters and waitresses, to the bartenders and servers at the pool sides. The service is on another level. I wanted to extend my stay but they were fully booked. And I wanted to say a big Thank to moya and Cassandra from the front desk you two awesome women made my experience so much more enjoyable. Overall it’s 10/10 for me."
