I understood that kitchen and washing machine were no longer provided. This made the room bad value. The first night the wifi was very spotty, but that was better the second night. "Hotel buliding was perfect, but i cannot say the same thing for the staff. Good behaviour without professionalism. I reserved twin bed, but they gave me double bed. I room they wanted to transfer us was dirty which a person left there couple of hours ago and our arrive time was like 5pm."

"Although the city was decimated by two earthquakes within nine hours of each other, 2 1/2 years ago, the hotel was clean, with comfortable beds, excellent showers, air conditioning that worked, and a friendly helpful staff. The typical Turkish breakfast had about 40 items, very healthy and delicious. The town is rebuilding and this hotel was great."
