"Rooms were large and clean. We stayed in the 2 bedroom option which was perfect for our family. There was a lovely coffee/brunch spot attached which really added to our stay. Would definitely book this place again! "

"Only one elevator worked the entire trip. No staff member really cared that there was a line to use the elevator at any given time over 45 minutes long. Hotel is in need of repairs and updates. Rooms were okay but had many water stains on ceiling. Empty bottle and trash found behind couch. Valet was super nice and helpful. Called the hotel front desk 5 times on day of arrival to confirm my vehicle would fit in the parking deck. No answer. Parking deck will not fit vehicles over 6'6". Will need to valet which is $50 per day. Overall, not a great experience and would not book again."

"Excellent amenities and good staff, particularly assistant manager, Shatara, who was wonderful. The pianist in the Steakhouse and the bar just terrific! The major problem with the hotel was that the walls are paper thin. It was built cheaply with no and I mean no soundproofing. One can hear everything going on in the rooms next door."

"Good location but there was hair in the bathroom floor when we arrived, toilet kept needing maintenance ever time it was flushed, and tv was not working properly. Was offered a credit but left the next day"
