We had a wonderful stay at Ryokan Sansui. The hospitality was truly exceptional—warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming throughout our visit. We especially loved the traditional atmosphere of the ryokan, which made the experience feel very authentic and relaxing. The onsen was a highlight of our stay—peaceful, clean, and a perfect way to unwind after a day of travel. Everything felt thoughtfully maintained, and the overall ambiance was calm and serene. This was a memorable experience, and we would definitely recommend it to anyone looking to enjoy a traditional Japanese stay. Thank you to the team for making our visit so special—we would love to return again

The entire Roykan was very clean and comfortable. The staff was personable and we had the best time getting to know them and their families. They all were extremely kind and we were most thankful for their friendship.

This hotel is to be avoided - particularly by Europeans. The room we stayed in was the only area we could describe as clean, which was a relief as the rest of the property is dirty and in desperate need of cleaning and painting.
