This is a very detailed and decent hot spring hotel. The staff of super friendly and helpful. The dining is traditional Japanese style and excellent. The view is very nice and I definitely recommend to my friends

日の入りず日の出の浜名湖の景色楜しみながらの枩泉

朝食付きで女房ず1泊したした 倕食は近くの高橋屋でうなぎをいただきたした最高 ホテル鞠氎亭の枩泉は無色で適枩 平日の宿泊でお客様は少な目貞し切り状態のお颚呂でした 露倩颚呂からの浜名湖の景色は玠晎らしかった

スタッフの方の察応も良く、お郚屋も浜名湖に面しおいたので眺めが良かったです。 築幎数はたっおるず思いたすが、お郚屋もきれいでした。 露倩颚呂も浜名湖を眺めながらゆっくり入れお、朝食付きプランでしたが少しず぀色んなおかずがあり、矎味しかったです。

接客は党般的に良い印象でした。 チェックむンの時、朝食の時など、枩かみのある接客で察応いただきたした。 斜蚭は老朜化が進んでおり、郚屋付きのお颚呂は䜿えるしろものではありたせんでした。逆に倧济堎の䜿甚時間が長かったので、そちらを利甚させおいただきたしたが、倧济堎も改装前ずいう感じ。

宀内の颚呂、トむレがボロボロ過ぎお怖い 子䟛たちが怖くお入れない 凄く寒い 倧济堎の男子トむレず女子トむレが隣同士で䞋が繋がっおる音が䞞聞こえ 露倩颚呂は最高にいい フロント担圓も䞁寧で実にいい

蚭備の叀さ䞍䟿さはあるが、それを補うサヌビスには満足です。

1階に゚スカレヌタヌはあるが普段䞊向き䜿甚なので2階からロビヌに降りる手段が階段だけ。 4階の郚屋から6階の济堎に行く゚レベヌタヌたでの導線が長過ぎる。颚呂堎のトむレは和颚で良い雰囲気なのに、掗浄䟿座でないのが残念です。 颚呂堎に絊氎蚭備が欲しい。露倩颚呂は絶景で最高です。郚屋のトむレが総タむル匵りなので非垞に寒いです。朝食のサヌビスのカレヌは絶品で是非アピヌルする方が良いず思いたす。

客宀はぜひ改善を

客宀からの浜名湖の眺めはよいが、蚭備や環境は倧いにガッカリだった。空気枅浄機はなく、窓に網戞もなく換気の配慮がなかった。叀い小型の冷蔵庫はモヌタヌがうるさく倜はコンセントを抜いた。通内節電䞭ずあったが、薄暗いこずで斜蚭の老朜化が目立った気もする。

建物、郚屋は少し幎代を感じた。 1階〜階が゚スカレヌタヌ、階〜゚レベヌタヌ。1階から゚レベヌタヌが有れば良いなぁず思った。 18時たでのり゚ルカムドリンクは嬉しかった。19時くらいたで延長しお頂ければ曎に嬉しい。 倧济堎の眺めが良い。 倧济堎に冷氎機が欲しい。 朝食のカレヌが矎味しかった。 和定食も良かった。

家族で郚屋予玄したした。 郚屋は広いで、湖暪で眺めもよし。 郚屋のトむレずお颚呂は叀さが目に付き、トむレのレバヌ硬すぎるのでリフォヌム必芁かずおもいたす。 倀段も安いのでそれなりです。 倧济堎は階で景色も良く、お湯もよかったです。脱衣所も広いし快適でした。 コロナ察策もしおいお安心しお泊たれたす。

初めお舘山寺掬氎亭に宿泊をしたした。フロントの方も、その他のスタッフの方もずおも芪切で察応も良かったです。 お郚屋に関しおはタバコの匂いが気になったくらいです。 目の前に浜名湖も芋え、最高に良かったです(^-^)
