所感

アプリでのチェックアウト時間を確認して申し込みしましたが、1時間早められました ベッドマットに汚れがあったと、チェックアウトの翌日に連絡がありクリーニング費用を請求されました 宿泊者は各自確認はしているのですが、チェックアウト後の清掃後速やかにご連絡を頂きたいと思います その他は、特段の問題はありませんでしたが・・・
