The front desk staff that checked us in was extremely helpful making us feel welcome, the other front desk staff could be a bit more cheerful I feel. Our housekeeper was amazing, cheerful and made us feel extremely welcome and important to the hotel, very helpful and quick to be sure our needs were met. Our waitress for the night of the 20th she was amazing she really made our trip amazing, dinner was so much better with her service. She was so kind patient and understanding. My youngest daughter absolutely adored her, she was still talking about her the next day and on the ride home. We will for sure be returning for another visit.

The hotel was enviting and the staff were great. Any issue was immediately dealt with. The Hilton Gardens is well maintained and looked after. The rooms are well maintained comfortable! Overall our visit was wonderful.
