"Breakfast was very good but cold each day. Furniture was worn out and looked really bad, not what we’re used to at Embassy. One day we were notified the water in the entire hotel would be turned off from 11:00 pm-6:00 am because of testing the pipes.?? Embassy Suites is one of our favorite hotels but this experience was a little disappointing."

"We were very pleased. The room was very large which was unexpected. Plenty of room to stretch out over the 3 day stay. The room and all common areas were very clean as well as the parking lot which was very well lit. Breakfast was served each morning and had a nice assortment of items to pick from. All of the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Jennifer at the front desk was a real pleasure to deal with. As we were originally booked at another hotel and had to be placed in other accommodations last minute by Expedia, we were so glad it was here. We will book here from now on when in the area."

"Great location, nice staff. I didn’t like that there was loose hair all over my towels, bedding, in the fridge (of all places), and on the floors. It seemed clean, but it did not smell good. The coffee is not my preference and seemed watered down. They do have free tea and coffee, no breakfast. There is an area where you can buy a heat up breakfast or a snack. There is a cabinet where you can borrow a bunch of random items, such as board games or a rice cooker. I didn’t get time to check out the pool. Only a one night stay for me. I personally wouldn’t stay there again. "

"This is a very beautiful and very expensive hotel. Everything costs extra. Want to park your car? 29.00 per day. There is an additional 49.00 per day resort fee.a glass if house wine is 18.00 and they include 20% service fee. Oh and its called a beach resort. Want a chair at the beach it will cost you 49.00 for half day. Hmmm. We had to have our refrigerator replaced because it didn't work, then the tv kept going out (not that we were watching it much but it didnt work when we did. The sensor on the balcony door was broken so sometimes we didn’t have a working thermostat because it thought the door was open. I did take advantage of the spa, and had a nice massage, chilled out in the lavender room with a glass of bubbly. Prices were high but expected , they also included a 20% service charge. The view from the balcony was beautiful. A little annoying to have the helicopter tours overhead. Beautiful sunset spot. Restaurant was ok , not great and again very expensive. There is a service charge and some sort if use charge for room service so a 16.00 salad costs over 40. There is free fresh brewed Starbucks coffee on every floor, i would suggest taking advantage of that. I will likely pick another hotel or resort when returning to the area. Overall beautiful and high end, and quite enjoyable. but not worth all the extra fees they charge. "

"The internet was slow and I couldn't sleep well last night because the guests next door had their tv loud in room 321. Otherwise, I would've given you guys 4 stars instead of 3."
