We first stayed here 10 years ago. Hotel has deteriorated since then. Our room was not cleaned well and often dusty, wwhich affected my asthmatic condition. I coughed endlessly whenevr I entered the room.
The only advantage was that the hotel is connected to the huge underground walkway that took us to the main Namba train lines as well as to Dotonburi. But I think there are other hotels connected too. Just have to find them.

Room was nice. Staff was nice. This was the only hotel I booked (out of 5) that didn’t have a soaking tub. Quite area.

Around the hotel is many unsafe locations and also the male staff all acted extremely rude or like the guest were idiots. This behavior was observed with other guest as well not just myself.
