"Incredible stay. Very quiet area, but close to transit and walkable to a lot of sight-seeing locations and great food. Hosts are extremely responsive and staff is very helpful. Had great rests here. Would stay again the next time I'm in Osaka"

"We had our family of 5. It was so nice and comfortable. The family enjoyed the Onsen. What an experience!
Good Buffet. Hotel very clean and so convenient, made going to the airport super easy:)"
"Great location. From check-in to checkout, staff was welcoming, friendly, professional, and always very helpful. Would definitely stay here again should I find myself in Kyoto."
"Fantastic experience at this APA Hotel. The location is perfect for exploring, with easy access to public transit, restaurants, and shops. The room was impeccably clean and the bed was very comfortable. A special shoutout to the staff, who were always welcoming and friendly. Great value!"
"The hotel was well situated above Kitahama station and it can also be accessed via the subway from Yodabashi station which provides access to the Shin-Osaka station.
The room was smaller than we were expecting but it was still comfortable for 2 people, the breakfast option was very good with a good selection to cater for a range of palettes.
A range of amenities was provided in the reception area where guests can pick the amenity they require.
The Royal Park Canvas is a good option which is away from the hustle and bustle of the Dotonburi area but with good transport option so the city can be explored very easily from the doorstep of the hotel."
"The first room I was given immediately exuded smelly BO, but I thought it was not aired properly so I turned on air, was so tired, just went to sleep. Although I was exhausted, I kept waking up to whiffs of stinky BO, such that after waking up and nodding back to sleep I could stand it no longer, got up at 2am (02:00), packed up my stuff and went to the lobby for a room change. I want to note that when I first pulled back the comforter, I saw a strand of hair, but didn’t have the energy to deal with it. Upon informing the staff, there was no concern of the quality and no apologies offered. The only thing she was concerned with was whether I left anything in the room. I was made to wait for 10-15 minutes before she and another staff came out to work on the room change. She accompanied me to the new assigned room, which turned out to be one with wheelchair access. Naturally being wheelchair accessible the bedroom floor was marked. The bathroom floor was not dirty but also not spotless. Again I was exhausted, walked into a clean smelling warm bedroom and nodded approval as all I wanted to do was get some rest. With checking in and out automated to a degree, it felt very cold and the word “hospitality « was lacking. The exception was the ladies who handled my luggage. They were very warm and helpful. On the positive side, I really enjoyed the various onsen baths, the amenities such as hairbrush, hair bands and skincare. Love the ice cream. Didnt try the ramen but its a nice touc"
"Look, I'm not gonna lie. When it comes to location, this place is all Aces! Right in the middle of Dotonbori street is a pretty great place to be, if you don't mind stepping out into the chaos of that street. Lots of restaurants, shops, and arcades nearby. That being said, there are some things to consider before you book here.
1: The room is much smaller than you expect. Certainly smaller than the photos represent.
2: There were unidentifiable stains on our carpet. We ended up putting extra towels over them, because God knows what they came from.
3: There was a sewer gas smell that kept appearing in our bathroom, despite us having the fan on.
4: The laundry situation... Look, if the hotel is anywhere near capacity, good luck being able to do your laundry on site. They only have 3 very small washing machines for this huge hotel. They also don't clean the machines very often, from what I could tell.
I'm not going to beat a dead horse here. I've certainly stayed in much worse. It's not a bad hotel. It's just not a great one. If location is the most important thing to you, then feel free to book this hotel for your stay."
