Pros: The overall atmosphere inside this hotel was pretty calm. There was not a busy lobby or casino area. It was pretty quiet and there were plenty of opportunities to hop on a machine or table with no wait. Although it is not located on the Vegas strip, it was only a 5-10 minute drive to most attractions on the strip. Not far from the airport as well. Things that I did not like: unlike the larger hotels on the Vegas trip, there were not very many good food/dining options in this hotel. The only meal that I enjoyed was in the Mexican restaurant. There seems to be no microwaves on site and the mini fridge in the room was loaded with expensive beverages. It was not meant to insert your own items. There’s actually a sensor that charges you if you even touch any of the drinks and snacks in the room. Overall, I would consider staying again, but it would not be my first choice.

The rooms were not exceptionally clean and had to be moved rooms. The shower is terrible with no water pressure (we were on floor 31). We paid for Reserve upgrade and we were not given a run down of Reserve when we got there nor were we offered a drink upon arrival and had to request the service. The have just combined the Reserve lounges for a few months while the Venetian is being remodeled so be prepared for more of a wait and crowds. All staff members in the lounge were super pleasant and wonderful.

Great hotel and especially room

I stayed Fountainebleau last time I visited Vegas in 2024 and it was really nice experience so I decided to stay again at Fountainebleau this time again. Compared to last time, I feel like they didn’t do good job in maintaining. I saw lots of hairs in bathroom even before we used, saw some hair in the bath tub too, so I didn’t even try to use the tub. Some towels had stains. They didn’t wash it well enough. Overall the hotel was still nice but cleanness matters to some people like me. I’m not sure if I would go back to this hotel next time I visit Vegas again.

We had a wonderful stay! The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our visit, and the location was convenient for exploring the area. Overall, it was a great experience, and we’d happily stay here again. Highly recommended!
