"Location was excellent .. close to the river, station, restaurants and shops. Lovely breakfasts with local produce. Staff were helpful and informative. Room overlooked the church. Only thing was the room airconditioning which didn't have a thermostat and it was very hot."

"Sebastian was excellent welcoming us into the property for a speedy check in. Parking lot seems safe and comfortable and well worth the 35CHF to protect your vehicles from the outside world. One nuance to mention, at 32C outside, the central cooling/heating system should be more effective than it was in the room (had to open the window, which is never the best forte), but this did not ruin a quick stop-and-fly night in Zurich. Thank you to the staff. Complimentary cucumber water was delightful."

"We had an overall good stay. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and clearly doing their best, even though not everyone spoke English. The hotel is outside central Zurich, but tram and train connections make it fairly quick and easy to reach Zürich HB and the city center. The building is modern, and having reception nearby was very convenient. We stayed during a heat wave, and without air conditioning the room became quite warm. A fan was provided, but it struggled to keep the room comfortable. The main issue was housekeeping. Someone came around 9 a.m. on the first morning while we were still sleeping, and we were told they would return later, but unfortunately nobody came back during our stay to clean the room or replace the towels. Since we had already left some towels on the floor to be changed, having to reuse them was frustrating. The hotel staff was very apologetic and explained that housekeeping is handled by an outside company. They also provided some compensation, which I appreciated. Overall, it is a nice place with genuinely helpful staff. If they can resolve the housekeeping issues, I would be happy to recommend it."

"We liked our stay there because the room was pretty clean and well maintained. Bathroom was clean. Air conditioning was great. Staff was very helpful. Train station or bus stop was on a walking distance. It was very easy to go to city centre, old town and airport. We didn’t have breakfast at the hotel, but like other hotels, tea and coffee could have been complimentary, even if we didn’t have breakfast, otherwise, it was a good choice to stay there. No regrets! Thank you!"
