"Fantastic place! Clean and neat. Conveniently located in East Syracuse right off of Carrier Circle. The Syracuse Airport is close by. Friendly, welcoming, accommodating staff. Excellent free coffee in the morning. Plenty of free parking. I always felt safe and comfortable. Highly recommended!"

"The room was clean. The shower floor was a bit wear down but overall, very clean. We were missing soap and they quickly solved it for us. Staff is particularly friendly and that helps. Breakfast is simple but convenient. Beds were comfortable. We will use their services in the future."

"Second time staying at this property over a 3 year period. Although the property is somewhat "dated" when compared to others, it is still a nice and cozy place to stay. The beds are comfortable. The bathroom and shower is clean and fully functional. The room is dark during the night with no distracting noise. I always sleep well here. I am looking forward to staying here again next year."

"My stay and the hotel was pretty amazing. My only complaint was I had key card issues three separate times. And their market that holds all of their vending machine product was incredibly low stock and was really poor quality when it came to availability of product. Other than that, everything else was honestly amazing and I would give it four out of five stars and would definitely stay there again."
