"Our room now not really clean. There were small bits of trash under the night stand (example, plastic bottle cap) and on the bathroom floor (hair and bits of tissue). Also hair in the shower. We understood that they were full, and we were tired from hiking, so stayed anyway."

"I like the way the room was sett up, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, very handy for 4 women ๐ the elevator was not working when we got there, but I called the main lodge and maintenance came over pretty quick, we had to stay in the lobby for awhile, we had our Mom in a wheel chair so could not go up till elevator was running. It stayed runny almost the whole time we was there."

"Beginning with check- in, Tatem was welcoming in inviting us to the hotel. The room was spotless and well appointed. We had a lake view, and it was worth taking a second floor balcony. Our grandchildren enjoyed the pool, and the area is open, bright and cheerful. Enjoying complimentary sโmores by the outdoor fire pit, left everyone with a good impression of the hotelโs hospitality. Complimentary breakfast was excellent with many hot and cold options. Hot coffee, served in either mugs or go cup, was a perfect start to the morning. The hotelโs location is unbeatable with easy access to the boardwalk along the lake, and just an 8 minute walk to the lift bridge."

"Be warned, the weekend staff is lacking. They were supposed to give me a sheet explaining the parking situation but all they said was that there were two parking lots available. I even asked why I was getting texts from the municipal parking lot and they knew nothing. Anyhow, the hotel charges you $10.00 for parking which I found out a day later. It would have been a bargain as it was almost a 24 pass. Because I was not made aware, I paid $12.00 for 8 hours of parking. I called and explained the situation to the weekday clerk and she explained what was supposed to happen. I asked for a refund for the $10.00 since it did me no good but they never returned my call."
