Superb location in the town centre, parking and warm welcome from staff. I think the overly warm room and inability to turn the temperature down is a small issue but could be an asset when the weather outside gets really cold. 3rd time returning so they are obviously doing a lot of things right.

I enjoyed a one night birthday stay at the Holiday Inn Express Shrewsbury on 5/6 Dec. Check in was friendly and helpful. My room was very spacious, and had everything you'd expect.
