"With the exception of a powercut in the middle of the night that meant the lights stopped working in the morning - this is a very well maintained, comfortable, hotel with excellent and extremely helpful staff."

"Hotel needs to be closed down and revamped. It is such a great location and size, but anyone going to the 6th floor couldn't in one lift as button broken. In the other lift it didn't go to the 2nd floor, so customers had to go to the 3rd floor and walk down. I booked 3 rooms. My son's room had no hot water in the shower but he did in the sink. "The apartment was clean spacious and quiet considering how close it is to the station. Communication with Ray and Gareth as hosts was fantastic, and they were so accommodating with an early check in and out time. Would definitely recommend. If I had to make any comments, the mezzanine has a very low ceiling with steep stairs, and for the 4 beds upstairs there is only one plug. Messaged again when we were trying to check in and he just said ‘I’ve sent you the instructions’ and then didn’t reply again for TWO HOURS.
