Parking was easy. Check in was okay. Rooms and beds are comfortable. AC was a little intense when on. Sink is in entry, seperate from bathroom. Hallway carpet needs replacing. Breakfast is available for $7.95 each. It was decent. Overall I would stay again for a short overnight while traveling.

Best Western Knoxville Suites - Downtown
The staff were wonderful and the hotel was clean enough but the pool and hot tub are very old. The hot tub jets weren’t strong enough and the whole area was clearly dated. My kids did still have fun in the pool area so it wasn’t a total loss.
