"We had bats living in our roof, apparently knowingly by the owner (they built a house for them on the near cabin and they migrated to ours). We had to go to bed and sleep with constraint scratching and sliding noises, that was terrible. When we brought it to the attention of the team, they didn’t even bother apologising. "We had great time in the hotel the The staff were very helpful and excellent in their dealings; we even requested breakfast for our last day as we had to leave early, and they prepared breakfast boxes for us. Also the location was great very near the water front with many stors and restaurants"

The breakfast were excellent in the morning, a great way to start the day. This is a great place to spend a couple of nights."

Breakfast was well executed and staff were all friendly. The property is well located - just a short drive into town. I would definitely stay here again if I wax to return to Knysna. "
