"The room cleaning was terrible not enough toilet paper, the shampoo hair conditioner and body wash was empty. Did not restock water for coffee did not was cups or silverware. Not good!"

"Quiet, beachy vibe, staff was lovely, food was good, pool was nice, locals can pay a daily rate to visit but that was fun because my kids made friends. Bed set up was perfect for a family with 2-3 kids, everyone had their own bed. A solid hour from the airport but not inaccessible, 40 min into ChillVa market. Night life wasn’t for us so not an issue. Overall lovely stay, only slight downside was mosquitoes in the shower area which is open air. A fan would have been nice to keep them at bay while using the bathroom area, but we didn’t have any issues otherwise. "

"We had a great time staying here (almost 4 weeks) Pro : location fab - lots of restaurants along the strip, favourite Nikita’s. just 10mins in a grab to Naihan beach. Pools are great, if not a little small but people come and go so you can usually get a Lounger. Towels provided in your room . The grounds are beautiful- there’s one maintenance guy that seems to do everything ! Our room was dated but clean . Beds so comfy and sheets crisp . Nice balcony area..laundry a must - the lady is so helpful (and cheap) People in Rawai are friendly and helpful. Cons : whilst the pool is maintained and cleaned , and the grounds are swept , the loungers/shades and patio around the pool could do with a jet wash. Plus more then one of us have caught our foot in the pool from old lights that have been removed ? Breakfast - get there between 7&8 to ensure everything is available - cups, butter, Cuttlery etc it could also do with a good wash on the floors and windows ! Breakfast ok - staff do their best. The beach nearby is for boats only . Not sunbathing ! Also said theres a winery attached . Not true ??! Also no rooftop bar (or any bar within the hotel ) so definetly needs updating (on Expedia for sure) Would we stay here again ? Yes - it is value for money , if you can over the nooks and crannies ! "

"From the beginning of my trip to the end I enjoyed staying at this Bungalow! All the staff and the owners are extremely kind and hardworking. The place is clean, well maintained and is surrounded by such a beautiful nature 😍 I recommend Naiya beach bungalows to everyone who's looking to stay at Phuket. Its close to one of the most beautiful beaches (Yanui Beach) it has a walkable distance to some cafes, restaurants and shops, but its also easily accessible by transport. I can say for a fact that I'll be coming back to this place in the future "
