"We attempted to do an early check in. Checked in but our room wasn’t going to be ready until 4 pm. We were able to use the facilities though. But it had to call front desk because no one contacted me to advise me that my room was ready, as they said they would. Then I get to my room and all four rooms f my keys did not work.
