it was ok!
Great check in process with welcome drinks and a very friendly reception lady. Cute rooms with large bed. However, there were no hot water in the room and the AC was not sufficient to keep room cool.

Place like home
The owner was great and helpful. The room sparkling clean, all amenities well arranged, cozy setting and good ambience. Kindly bring mosquito repellent since the concept around is back to nature. Location was easy to find and easy access. Near to Phantip Market, Family Mart + 7 eleven are in walking distance. AC was slightly problem but have no issues on that. Worth every penny paid to stay here.

The woman who is receptionist and host is extremely unprofessional. Within our 10 day stay - we had to move to 3 different rooms. The first room we were given had a huge smoke issue, it was impossible to breathe due to smoke coming in from the neighbors burning trees every night. We were starting to feel ill, there was an actual smog in the room. We asked to get a different room, so we were then moved to a room that not only seemed was in better shape but finally had oxygen. We were actually happy in this room but one day we came back from breakfast to find that ALL OF OUR THINGS were taken out of this room and put into another one. Without calling, management decided it is okay to go in, touch and move our things.. Even though all of the rooms look like they were meant to be the same - they are not. The first room had a gross bathroom, broken window treatments, an ant problem and just overall very sad room. The second room had a much brighter and less run down bathroom, the room felt newer and nicer. The third room that we were forced to move to was the same as the first.Horrible, dark dirty bathroom infested with ants, broken closet doors and a broken bed, strong tile sealant smell. We were treated like garbage by the management of this hotel.She is very rude and not fit to run this kind of business. She has a nerve issue, she doesnt listen to what the customer is trying to say, just yells over you. We heard her tell other guests that the rooms are the same.. THEY ARE NOT

We respond to the review of the guest by the name of Seleviciute. The guest states smoke coming in every night. This is incorrect. The smoke was a one-off thing as the neighbour was burning some branches and leaves from a tree he had cut down and only happened on the first night. On the third day after more complaints from this lady, we moved them to another room. We warned her and her partner that they would have to move again before the end of their stay as we had long term guests coming in who had booked long before they did. The lady was not happy about this and became very abusive and aggressive with the manageress. The guest that moved into their vacated room was so happy with it that they extended their stay and gave us a very good review. On the day they were to move to another room from the second room, they left in the morning for breakfast taking the room key with them. The lady was not happy about having to move and deliberately stayed away until after 4pm. We were fortunate that the incoming guests had informed us they would only be checking in early evening. When the time came to 4pm we had no option but to move their luggage to the new room as the staff had to prepare the room for incoming guests. We did not have a telephone number to call them to come back at 12noon to move their stuff. From the very beginning, this lady was very aggressive and abusive to both staff and management. She was an embarrassment in front of other guests, and in fact, we came very close to calling the police to have her evicted. We state here that all the rooms are identical, and in no way are her statements correct. We would not have this guest stay at Dreamville again and would advise all other hospitality industry organizations to look at the name of the guest and not accept any bookings from her.

C est une place magnifique, on avait reserver 2 jours et en fin de compte on a rester 7. La piscine est belle, les chambres grandes et propres, un petit air dehors amenager pour le repos ou ce faire a manger, a 2 min a pied d une foire alimentaire. Le proprietair est génial , il loue meme un scooter a prix tres abordable, je recommande et je vais revenir c est certain !!

No Hot Water, Full of Mosquitos, No TV signal, certainly not expected for the price (28$) paid.Sorry but it was a very bad night when my intention was to recover strengths after a 10 day silent retreat in a Wat( Monastery)facing a 24hrs trip back home.

We are sorry that you feel like this. We immediately fixed the water, the moment you mentioned it. The phone number for out of hours staff was also made aware to you should you have an issue during the night, yet you did not call us. We checked the water after you left and found it to still be running hot. Unfortunately, during the evening, sitting outside for prolonged periods without closing the door can result in mosquitoes entering your room. I hope you find this helpful advice for your future travels :)

schönes Resort zum entspannen und erkunden!
Das DreamVille Resort ist ein Ort guter Ort fur ein paar Tage auf Koh Phangan. Sehr zentral aber so, dass man trotzdem Ruhe hat. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hat uns sofort bei der Rollermietung geholfen. Die Zimmer sind schön, das Badezimmer hätte vielleicht etwas sauberer sein können, war aber trotzdem nicht so dass ich es als schmutzig bezeichnen würde. Alles in allem hat es uns so gut gefallen dass wir spontan eine Nacht noch dran gehangen haben!

Kiva pieni hotelli hyvällä sijainnilla. Omistajat mukavia, rentoja persoonia ja auttavat mielellään. Kävelymatka Thongsalan palveluihin, tosin ihan vieressä myös pari ravintolaa ja kauppa.

The owner is very kind to guests. And the pool is beautiful, that’s why we could spend relax time. At first, it’s difficult to open the door There are good food courts around the villa, it’s cheap and I can eat a lot of kind of foods. And it’s near from pier, so I could walk from pier it’s convenient! They don’t get tips after they finished housekeeping! It’s comfortable to stay there, I’m gonna use this villa next time:)
