"The hotel is very beautiful and grand, the lobby is great for chilling out and taking photos! The room was a good size for three people and we had a pool view balcony. However the staff only ever stocked the room with towels and water for two people, which became a daily annoyance of having to request extra things. The staff were not very helpful, instead of helping book taxis and not getting scammed as tourists, it seemed they were part of the scam."

"I truly appreciate the centrality of this location, as it's conveniently close to everything. The street boasts exceptional dining and delightful coffee options. The hotel also offers in-house massages, a fantastic addition after a long flight. The staff is exceptionally friendly, and the attention to detail from the front desk to the cleaning team exceeds all expectations. This hotel feels like a home away from home; secure, comfortable, and welcoming."
