"Very nice hotel and staff"

"Room were good, but quite small for two adults and two childs. Nice views at the pool. There were two problems, INTERNET, totally bad and didn't work at all. Also when go inside, you need a keycard, this went many times broken, keycard were only way to open a outside door, so there you are, night time, broken keycard at your pocket.... How to go inside....."

"部屋のタイプを変更したつもりが、行って見たら同じホテル系の別のホテルと言われソンテウを手配してもらい、該当ホテルに移動しました。 ホテルというより実質はサービスアパートです。日中は受け付けスタッフがいますが、深夜早朝は不在になり、同じ系列のホテルにはスタッフがいるので、連絡電話番号を教えてもらっておきました。スタッフに友人に場所を連絡するための目印か分かり易い案内方法を尋ねたが、ネームカードの住所しか答えないし、近所にマッサージ、食事店、ランドリーの店を尋ねたが答えられず、困りました。通勤時間帯の周辺の道はとても込みました。室内は清掃はされており清潔でしたが、些か不快な臭いもして、再度宿泊したいとは思いません。"
