Very nice and convenient hotel. However, like many Japanese hotels, rooms were very small

Nice and close to Sannomiya station.

No complaints. Nice and a close walk to some very packed plaza’s, fashion houses, and eateries. Very slight damp odour in the bathroom, but would happily stay again.

Not a great experience honestly. I have stayed at other Apas and they were way better. If your not a smoker then not a great start to look at this one. No iron, and laundry machine was broken.

良かった点は客室のコップが全て上等の紙コップてのが良いです。 実際使い回しのコップって清潔なのかどうなのか解らないので、紙コップは個人的にポイント高いですね。 しかも上等のものです。 悪かった点は部屋の隅々の埃が目立ちました。 改善していただければ最高です。
