Close to the major station, so the location was very convenient. The staffs were helpful and friendly. Amenities are just and not too much with various stuff. Traveled with my family of 3 adults and they have a good sized room with 3 double size beds. Would choose this place again.

Conveniently located for Sannomiya station, clean and spacious rooms, well-decorated. Only one minor downside being the humidifiers given out at the front desk weren’t as quiet or effective as those of other hotels I’ve stayed in recently. The cafe had a selection of local nihonshu for sale, alongside some free drinks and snacks, which was a nice touch.

A great spot to stay in Kobe!

Amazing experience and one of my fav hotels I stayed in during Japan. Staff were SUPER friendly and accmodating. Rooms were great. The place seemed brand new. Good location between all the hot spots of Kobe. Def will visit again!

Everything is clean and modern. Multilingual kiosks for checking in/out, good (free) system for luggage storage, terrific--and low-cost--breakfast buffet. Though the facility is billed as completely non-smoking, there were sometimes smokers in the lobby area.
