Good hotel ... except for Wi-Fi

Room was quite spacious compared with many other "business hotels" in Japan. Bed was large and clean. All staff I med were kind and professional. The location is convenient because its walking distance from "Sannomiya", the main station of Kobe. So, the hotel could be great ... However, its Wi-Fi access is sometimes too slow, and far from reliable. Around the midnight, it was like PING=216ms, Dowload = 0.40 Mbps. The similar situation happened in the morning as well. The hotel should upgrade its Wi-Fi capacity to attract business users who require online meeting capabilities.

チェックイン時の入力項目が多く、ほぼ全部入力しないと次画面に進まず面倒だと感じた。人員削減で仕方ないとは思うけどダイワロイネットなのに接客はなく、残念だと感じた。安いホテルではなくワンランク上のつもりで敢えてロイネットに予約したが接客サービスもないなら別に少し高い値段を出してロイネットにしなくてもよかった。

部屋の面積が18平米もあり机も奥行きがあり、室内での執筆が快適でした。 スタッフ評価を3にしたのは、研修生そうな男性がチェックイン時に前の人々への宿泊カードの記載アドバイスに手こずっていて、10分以上待ってもチェックイン出来ないので、ソファに掛けていました。他に2名の女性スタッフは全く声もかけていただけませんでした。施設が良いのにもう少し接遇に関して社員教育を強化された方が良いと思います。 他の同等のビジネスホテルも多数利用していますが、下位レベルですね。
