全体的にはよかったです。

お風呂の掃除の方の対応だけは△でした。他の方の対応は○〜◎でした。部屋は少し古い感じでしたが、清掃はきれいにされていました。カーテンは少し埃っぽい感じでした。ご飯は美味しかったです。

サービスが素晴らしかった

有馬駅周辺まで送迎を何度でも都合のいい時間にしていただき大変助かりました。お風呂が大浴場と露天風呂と場所が別にあり、朝夕で男女逆になるためたくさんの種類の温泉を楽しめて良かった。スタッフの方が本当に親切でした。

金泉、銀泉

二種類の温泉(金泉、銀泉)と秋の味覚を堪能しました。 個人的な印象ですが、部屋数が多い大型の宿でなく、落ち着いた雰囲気を気に入ってます。今回は久々の利用ですが期待通りでした。

值得推薦的寧靜小旅館

酒店位於小山上，可在有馬溫泉觀光協會請他們代為撥打到酒店叫接駁車。到達酒店門口要換酒店拖鞋，感覺乾淨。酒店有一位可以講國語的人員。和式房間乾淨，景色開揚。膳食我很喜歡他們清淡的口味。溫泉除了大浴場之外，有另一個男女湯早晚交替的露天溫泉。

Great customer service

Wonderful place to stay! We loved the outdoor onsen and rooms were very comfortable. The hotel staff were cheerful and helpfu. The shuttle drove us into town and picked us up. It was very convenient.

매우 훌륭한 서비스를 받을 수 있습니다.

한국어가 가능한 직원이 있어서 숙박시 불편함이 없었습니다. 식당을 찾지 못해서 복도에 서성이고 있으니까 다른 일을 하시던 직원분께서 재빨리 다가와 도움을 주시더군요. 료칸을 선택할 때 가장 중요했던 것이 직원의 서비스였는데 매우 만족스러웠습니다. 직원의 서비스가 이 호텔의 가장 큰 장점이라고 생각합니다.

有馬温泉

新大阪からバスで一時間。 利便性が非常に良い。 温泉がラドンと茶色の銀泉と金泉がある。金泉は塩っぽい。銀泉の方がゆっくり入れる感じ。 全体的にゆっくり過ごせる宿でした。 ホテルの送迎がすごく良いサービスでした。

강추!

너무 친절하고, 한국어가 유창한 스탭이 있어서 편하게 여행하고 왔습니다. 온천이 남탕과 여탕이 하루마다 바뀌는데, 불편함 없이 사용했구요. 제가 료칸을 선택할 때 기준이 금탕/은탕이 둘다 있는지 객실에서 식사를 하는지였습니다. 식사는 너무 깔끔하게 나왔어요. 가이세키요리보다는 조식이 더 만족도가 높았던것 같네요. 5점 만점에 5점입니다!

6월 쵸라쿠 방문 후기

아리마 마을의 고즈넉한 분위기를 그대로 담은 료칸입니다. 청결도, 위치(아리마온천역에서 도보 10분), 직원분들의 친절함까지 전부 너무 만족했습니다. 특히 돌아가는날은 역까지 차로 데려다 주셔서 더 감동했어요. 워낙에 조용한 마을이라 저녁이 되면 뭔가 구입하는 것도 힘든데 바로 앞에 LAWSON편의점도 있어서 편리했구요. 특히 새로 생긴 노천탕 꼭 빌려서 들어가보시기 바랍니다.. 강력 추천합니다.
