The hotel is beautiful and very clean, staff very friendly and helped with everything we could need. Lots of shops and a great commercial district within a ten minute walk. Excellent food spots. Parking right out front if needed. Highly recommended.

Very nice, clean property. Beds were very comfortable and everything was well thought out. Great bargain for the stay. We unfortunately did not make it to the breakfast. Close to transport stations and various activities. Highly recommend for your Kobe trip

This hotel is very nice. The service staff are kind and enthusiastic, the reminders are clear and clear, the room is clean, the bed is soft and comfortable, the hotel is located in a newly opened commercial area, and food is convenient. Will visit this hotel next time.

部屋の間取りがスクエアな感じで、空間が広く感じられました。デスクも使いやすかったです。 最も良かったのは、バス・トイレがセパレートな点。バスルームは狭いですが、ちょっとした工夫が施されて快適に使えました。 駅近でコンビニや食事にも便利な立地でした。館内の自販機が新紙幣対応ならもっと便利なのですが、そこはコンビニでカバー出来るかと。

駐車場が少ないのでとめるのに時間がかかりました。部屋の掃除はとても綺麗とは言えない感じです。見えるところは綺麗ですが見えないところはごまかしてる感じです。コインランドリーかすくないです。飲み物の自販機は夕方に入ったらすでに売り切れでコンビニもすぐ近くにないので不便でした。
