建築に興味があり、北野ホテルに泊まってみたくて、今回やっと行けました。思った通り素敵な建物とインテリアで、古いけれど清掃はとても行き届いていて、朝食もこんなにすごい朝食は食べた事がないという感じでした。すべてが良い経験でした。

New Yorkでも、北野ホテルは定宿ですが、ブランド力に頼りすぎる傾向があるようです。日本人スタッフのホスピタリティが不足。ホテルスタッフとしても気配りが不足してました。ひょううご旅クーポンの扱い方もホテル側が理解していないようで、近隣の施設の方々が処理してますよ。ブランド力にあぐらをかかないで！　フロントのインド系の女性スタッフの気配りはホッとしました。
