Beautiful high end hotel, well maintained, well located just 2min covered walk to the train station (portliner going downtown), 2min to the convention centers. Also has a free shuttle going downtown 3 or 4 times per hour. Several restaurants onsite, immense lobby. I didn't have time to go to gym nor pools. Also just a few train stations away from Kobe Airport. Will definitely stay there again if I go to Kobe.

Everything was perfect; we really enjoyed the place, the service, the gym, the pool, the ease of renting gym clothes and swimsuits, and the included buffet was great. Domo arigato, everyone! We are looking forward to coming back!

Beautiful hotel, elegant and well thought through from the free shuttle to downtown and from the train station to the convenience store on the main floor. We stayed in a triple room and had lots of space. One of the elevators was glass giving you an incredible view of the harbour. Pillows were a bit odd but you can ask for a softer set. Kettle and AC in every room. We loved it! Stay here for sure.

Stayed on 17th floor facing airport, amazing views, great amenities, a massive hotel with normal big hotel amenities (laundry service only). Comfortable beds and pillows. One downside was walls between rooms super thin, lady in room next door coughed all night long 😞, limited sleep had.
