Tiny airless room. The windows in your room won’t open. Staff will make you wait till 15:00 to check in even if rooms are available. At 15:00 there will be a big and unnecessary queue for check in.

It’s an attractive area and hotel with a traditional flavor. Bathroom a bit small and more business hotel grade than one would expect with the price. Surroundings are good with excellent restaurants, but I found it difficult getting into some of these places whether it was because they were booked or too exclusive to let a new customer in.

Given a corner room on 4th floor. No view whatsoever and a constant low humming machine noise, maybe an exterior ventilator. A very dreadful 2-day trip to the Ijinkan area. Not returning.

部屋の入り口横にベッドがあるのには驚きましたが、その分、使えるスペースが広く感じました。作りは古いですが、大事に使われてきた様子が伝わり、雰囲気もあたたかく、心地よい空間でした。 スタッフも丁寧で、また利用したいと思いました。

Kobe Tour
Great location for fun. Close to Sannomiya restaurants and bars, easy walk to the Herb Gardens. Staff were friendly and spoke enough English to understand me. The room was clean but the mattress (as always in Japan) was a little too firm. Would definitely recommend for a great central location when visiting Kobe.

Comfy hotel in a good location
Overall, my stay was comfortable. The rooms and hotel however dated, the amenities were adequate. The staff ensured cleanliness of the room. The bed was quite comfy. Location wise, it is close enough to the shopping district and 10 mins walk to the sannomiya and motomachi train stations. The hotel vicinity is quiet given its proximity to the shopping district. The front desk personnel were polite, accommodating and helpful

Really bad handling of a forgotten credit card!! Card left in the room - and what does the staff do?? CALL Visa and CANCEL IT!!! What a dumb thing! Now we are travelling without a working card.

Great Location
++ Amazing location and very polite helpful staff. First class room service ?? We had to ask for tea bags every day. --- the bed pillows were very hard!

Check about air conditioning
Stay was fine other than lack of air conditioning. Seems like hotel turns this on seasonally, and I arrived too early for the change from heat to air. Opening the window required a hotel employee and helped some, but the neighborhood was noisy with the window open. Very good breakfast.

Clean, well located hotel near Sannomiya station
Good location, walking distance to mainline and subway stations. Plenty of restaurants and activities within a 5-15 minute walk. Hotel was good, a little expensive but it was a last minute booking.

Small and elegant
I received a warm welcome by the reception. The room was large by Japanese standards with a separate powdering room adjoining the bathroom. There was a king size bed and I had a restful stay.

部屋は広くはないですが、清潔感があってよかったと思います。コンセント以外にUSB端子の設置があると良いですね。あとは、鍵を預けるシステムは少し手間がかかります。

Nice hotel between Kitano and Sannomiya. Very Nice Staff and area very calm. Indeed some of the equipements of the hotel must been changed and the cleaning in general must been improved.

交通の便が良く、コンビニも近くにあり、また食事に行くのも全く困りませんでした。 鍵はカード式ではなく、フロントに預けるタイプでしたが、フロントの方々は部屋番号をきちんと覚えてくれていました。 朝食はこだわりを感じ、美味しかったです。 また利用するつもりです。

とてもきれいなホテルで、部屋も広めで良かったです アメニティも揃っていて満足でした ただ、パジャマの1番下のボタンが取れていたのが残念でした わたしも、交換してもらえば良かったのですが、ホテルに帰ってきたのが遅くてもう良いかと思ったのでホテルの方は知らない事です パジャマのチェックをまたよろしくお願いします 他は快適で、朝食もおいしくてすごく良かったです 一緒に行った友だちも喜んでいました ありがとうございました

2連泊しました。阪神タイガースの優勝パレードがあるので人混みを心配していたのですが、山手にあるので静かで心地よい雰囲気のいつもの街並みを楽しめました。 1泊目と2泊目をバラバラに予約したのですが融通をきかせて頂いて両日とも同じ部屋にして頂きました。少し古いですが逆にそれが雰囲気をかもしだしていて、エレベーター、お風呂、トイレはリニューアルされておりとてもキレイでした。

가격대비 공간도 넓고 깨끗하고 시설도 만족합니다. 가까이에 산노미야 상권이 있어 식사도 편하고 쇼핑도 편하고 전철역도 가깝고 공항저스에서도 걸어서 10분이면 되어서 참 편리합니다. 가장 좋은 점은 조식입니다. 고급스럽고 맛있는 음식이 깔끔하게 준비되어서 아주 만족스럽고 다시 오사카나 산노미아를 간다면 조식때문에 이곳을 이용할 것 같습니다. 시설은 딱 3성급입니다. 룸이 일본치고 넓습니다.

チェックインした時のおじさんスタッフの最低な接客にガッカリしました。駐車場の案内、部屋の鍵の説明など、態度や言葉使いなど、やる気がないならホテルの顔ともいえるフロントに立たないで欲しい。本当に気分の悪い思いをしました。
