施設は古く、携帯を充電するポイントが洗面所にしかありませんでしたが、温泉が目的の滞在でしたので、大満足でした。 大浴場にはサウナもついており、シャンプーや化粧水などのアメニティーも選べ、平日で比較的空いていたこともあり、貸し切りに近く、ゆっくり過ごせました。 このお値段でしたら、また利用したいと思います。

Nice Stay

fast wifi, comfortable room, clean, both gold and silver hot springs, easy access parking, well located with walking distance to shops and restaurants, only downside is smelling smoke on the hallway of the fourth floor. The room is fine. Overall a very satisfactory stay

連休の中日に慌ててとったホテルで正直期待はしていませんでした。 しかし遅いチェックインにも丁寧に対応していただき施設自体は古いものの大浴場に濡れ物を入れられるビニール袋が準備してあったり、部屋にも小さいタオルとバスタオル用のタオル掛けが別にあったり部屋に扇風機が準備されていたり結構痒い所に手が届く感じでとても良かったです。 布団敷きはセルフでしたがかえってのんびりくつろげました。 温泉にのんびりつかってゆっくり休むなら十分満足できるホテルです。

Very pleasant overnight stay. Very uphill walk from the train station. There is not shower in the Japanese style room so you should use the onsen in the hotel. Onsen and sauna were nice and clean.

夫婦で利用しました。 朝から車を駐車場に置かせて頂き、六甲山登山後、チェックイン。少し下って温泉街もアクセスが便利。ホテル内の温泉は金の湯と同じ温泉で、小さいけど、 サウナも有り、中にはレストランが無いので、夕食は早目の外食と買い出し要。 次の日のチェックアウト後も駐車場利用させてもらい、温泉街で土産を買ってから帰る事ができ、有難う御座いました。

とにかく、部屋の空調をどうにかした方が良いです。せっかく有馬の温泉に浸かっても部屋で汗だくになってしまいます。あと、温泉街までは遠く、行きは下り坂なので良いですが、帰りはこれまた汗だくになってしまうため、車で行った方が良いです。

先に思いつくデメリットを上げるとすれば、温泉まで10分程度坂を下らなければならない点と、部屋にドライヤーがない点、部屋のコンセントがほぼ使えない点の3つ 温泉に関しては宿にもついてるので汗は流せるので○ ドライヤーも浴場にはあるので○ コンセントに関してだけは延長タップが必要ですけど今時慣れてる人はそれくらいは持っていくでしょう 着いた瞬間部屋が空調効いていて最高 ご飯はちゃんと満足できましたし、温泉には水風呂とサウナまでついていたので◎ 男性でも化粧水など一応ありましたし、浴衣も大きいサイズはフロントに置いてあるので問題なし 部屋の清掃の方もニコニコ働いていらっしゃったので安心でした。
