"Okay-ish hotel - nothing great at all, except the facilities. Front desk staff aren't very welcoming or polite - they just do the check-in and don't volunteer any additional information, until asked. Family room - shockingly small! Had to call Reception and remind (despite requesting in-person earlier) about bed for kids which should have been included & prepared. Also, it is a make-shift bed, not a sofa bed. "The room was clean and tidy, I need to say that the 'welcome' cookies were quite tasty. The breakfast buffet had plenty of choices to have a healthy and filling breakfast; this is something you need if you plan to have a long trip outside the hotel. "The hotel is very beautiful and well maintained. It’s at a drivable distance from all the key points in Goreme National Park, making it very accessible. Additionally the breakfast food is amazing, and our room was great too. Although the outdoor pool wasn’t open when we went, the indoor pool is just as beautiful and calming. "The hotel was clean. It is a rather new building with hitech equipment. There was a wedding hosted the Saturday we checked in, so there were lots more people present and noise, which was not really an issue to us. The meals were good, with limited variety. Will have no issue staying there again."
