This is by far the most comfortable and luxurious hotel I’ve ever been in and I’ve stayed at 5-6 star hotels globally. You cannot beat them for comfort, service, meals, mountain view and the quality of everything they provide. I absolutely loved my stay here and felt like I was a traditional Japanese hotel along with all the 5 star service provided. Cannot recommend it enough and I will return when I visit Japan next. Loved it

年数の経った建物なのでやや陰気さが感じられましたが、スタッフの一人一人がとても親切で明るく、気持ちよく過ごせました 夕飯を食べに行った個室は狭かったですが、小さなテレビがあり、夫婦二人でのんびりとテレビのニュースを見ながらいただけたので退屈しなかったです 食事の内容の食材は安価なものが多かったのですが、目の前で天ぷらを揚げてくれたりとうもろこしご飯はは目の前で小さな釜で炊き上げられたり美味しかいただく工夫がたくさんあって満足でした

今回は友人と露天風呂付きのお部屋に宿泊しました。周辺の観光を満喫していたため、もう少し旅館での時間も楽しみたかったのですが、ぜひまた泊まりたいと思える素敵な滞在でした。お部屋とお食事は素晴らしかったです。 お部屋担当の方は研修中のようでしたが、緊張されていたのか説明がうまく耳に入ってこない場面もありました。夕食時には「こちらの女性のお客様には」と友人を指して説明され、思わず「もしかして自分は男性客と思われた？」と驚き、正直少し不快にも感じました。今後さらに経験を重ねられることで、より分かりやすく安心感のあるご案内になるのではと思います。 また、お部屋の露天風呂は快適で何度も利用しましたが、大浴場にも訪れたところ、脱衣所の清潔感が少し惜しいと感じました。場内には注意書きが多く、お客様への配慮やご苦労も感じられました。 全体としては心地よい滞在でしたので、また機会があれば利用したいです。

駐車場の係の方、受付の方、部屋までの案内、食事会場など対応が気持ち良かったです。また、夜の太鼓のイベントや居酒屋の雰囲気も楽しく過ごせました。最高なのは、朝のバイキング。目移りしてしまって、お腹いっぱい食べました。種類が豊富で美味しかったです。また、行きたい宿です。

スタッフさんがどなたも丁寧でした。 部屋はそこまで広い訳でもないのにテレビ2台に喫煙室にまで1台ついていて、アメニティもドリンクもとても充実していて至れり尽くせり。 ベッドも枕も快適で安眠できました。 なんといっても源泉かけ流しの温泉が最高でした。 細かい心遣いに癒され快適に過ごせて大満足でした。

到着した際フロントに人がいなかった。施設の説明もほぼなく、丁寧さに欠ける。晩御飯は値段からしたらしょうがない。泊まった時の価格は4人で38,000程度。温泉はとてもいい湯で大満足。代わりに部屋のお風呂は見た目からして入る気にはなれない。温泉のみを楽しみにいくならいい宿。

今回２度目のご利用とさせていただきました。前回もそうでしたが温泉風呂付きの部屋が気に入り部屋の広さは変えましたがとても良かったです（笑）大浴場の露天風呂も広くて気持ち良いですが私個人は室内温泉も一人で入るには十分すぎる位の広さでしかも温泉なのでお肌が数日ツルスベでした。 夕御飯も全体的に美味しく楽しませて頂いて良かったのですが主食が炊き込み御飯で鍋におこげがガチガチに付きほとんど米も固く量もお茶碗半分も無い位なので普段お米少なめに食べている私でも、物足りなかったです。朝はバイキングでいただきましが品数豊富でご馳走さまでした。 また、太鼓ショーも素晴らしく無意識にリズムををとってしまうほど良かったです。 私のお気に入りの宿なのでまたいつかご利用させていただきます。
