We had a wonderful stay. The only thing I will mention is the AC was not very powerful and it got warm in our room easily. But other than that, the amenities were fantastic, the staff were friendly and the property was organized and clean.

Fuji View Hotel
Great view and spacious room. It was the biggest room of our trip though the fuji room is outdated compared to the one with a private bath and mountain view. Bath tube is small for bigger Americans but public baths are nice and makes up for it.

Kasuitei Ohya
We stayed in the Annex two buildings down, not in the hotel. We had a group of 4 so wanted a larger space for everyone. There were two beds and two futons, plus a couch. Both the beds and futons were extremely hard and none of slept at all. We were also woken up at 8am by construction on the building ...
