Right at pier. Saracen bay excellent location. Service tremendous - Thank you Ngi! Cambodian guests karaoke was charming. Trash washed up on beach is opportunity for all properties to better clean

beautiful beach with crystal clear water!
Once the air conditioning got started it was perfect. The staff there are very helpful and friendly the breakfast buffet was better than I thought I was really impressed with it since it was free. My only complaints are there’s no hot water, and the water pressure is very weak. Wi-Fi was working quite well I was able to work from the hotel room for a few hours. It is a very short walk to the beach and it’s breathtaking. I for sure would love to stay here again.

Great stay at a wonderful resort on the beach
Great resort. Big rooms right on the beach. Very quiet but only aa10-15 minutes walk in the beach to get to the heart and craziness of it all.

Nice quiet location and easy to find as check in is on the pier. Nice quiet sandy beach and rooms are of okay standard. Nice walk along the beach to other bars and restaurants. Remember this is an island, don't expect glitz and glamour you are there for the surroundings!

Room was not so bad and we know that on tropical islands conditions can be harder but there was too many small things that was not ok. Dirty water around hotel. Big room but moldy. Small insects in room. Construction works all the time. Randomly no water in toilet and taps. Watered down shampoo and shower gel. They forgot about our taxi boat. My contact lences case gone during room cleaning - problematic till end of our trip.

A disappointing stay
This hotel has lots of potential. However there are several things wrong. We paid $50 a night for Soon Noeng, and it was not worth the money. The rooms were incredibly dirty with dead bugs in the corners, unclean bathrooms with yellow toilet water. We had problems with the electricity in our room flickering like a fire alarm, then cutting out all together, and the hotel staff only moved us after some firm persuasion from us. The next room was equally dirty and unclean. The staff said they would clean the room for us in the morning. After spending the day at the beach, we came home at 4pm to a dirty room - not even the bed or towels had been changed. Note about the beach - the hotel is next to what looks like a sewage pipe flowing into the bay, turning the water a sluggish brown colour in which you wouldn’t want to swim. We had to walk 5 mins up the beach outside another resort to enjoy the beach. We complained to the hotel and said we wished to check out 1 night earlier than paid for due to their lack of customer service, rooms etc. We asked for a refund for our last night we had paid for but didn’t wish to stay - the hotel said they wouldn’t give us our money back at first. After some discussion, they said they would pay us in the morning when we checked out. In the morning, they only gave us $35 back. We argued that we wanted a full nights refund of $50. After a heated discussion, the hotel finally gave us $50 back. They were unapologetic about the whole situation.

Nicer decor, but rats and not very clean
Hotel staff were very friendly and informative. Room was nicely decorated, but not much retention was paid to cleanliness. Linens were fine, but otherwise the bathroom, walls etc were dirty. But the one thing that really made us uncomfortable were rodents: mice / rats made noice and ran around in the structures above the room. Noice was really loud and we also spotted them running around the reception area during night time. Seeing a huge rat made me really uncomfortable. We stayed in a room on the dock building, I don’t know what’s the situation on rooms on the shore.

Room on the pier with nice view and poor service
I stayed in the room on the pier with a nice view, but I would not suggest non-Cambodian people to stay at this hotel. Only one person speaks a little bit of English, the service is very poor and nobody is around if you need help, no help with carrying the luggage, room cleaning only if you insist. There is only cold water (no hot shower), the fridge did not work, in the room I had lots of insects (ants, cockroaches, mosquitos). There are big groups of Cambodian people staying here and making lots of noise, they bring their own food and BBQ. In the evening, I had to walk 20 minutes on the dark beach with barking dogs to the other resorts to get some food, only breakfast is included in the room price (you can choose between eggs, fried noodles or pancake/fruits). Please note that there are big construction works going on on this part of the island, almost all nearby resorts have been closed down or had to move, now big roads and resorts are being built and there is lots of noise due to construction works. I chose this resort because it was on the pier and easy to reach with Island Speed Ferry Cambodia, and this is the only good thing about it. However, for this price you can get a nice bungalow at nicer resorts with English speaking staff, who will be glad to pick you up.at the pier and bring you to their resorts by boat or tractor.

Déçus par la chambre et son emplacement. Petite, lits très durs. Par contre superbe vue etant donné l'emplacement sur l'eau, dans la jetée. Plage superbe avec transats...côté calme de la plage.

Great location in the pear
We had a great holiday in the room with seawiev. We had hot water in shower every day and we felt very safe there, no open-roof shower etc. which somebody else told they had (maybe in bungalow). Staff was very friendly and helpfull, although not everybody of them speak english.

여름휴가
여름휴가 코롱 산로엠찾아 4일간 순노엥 리조트에 머물렀다. 체크인하는날 그날은 비가내렸는데 여권확인후 레스토랑에딸린 쪽방을 주려고한다 그래서 예약한 디럭스 더블룸 확인증을보여주고나니 그때야 열쇠을 준다. 첫날부터 몹씨 불안하게한다 시설보다는 먼곳까지온 고객에대한 배려는 전혀없다 식사도 별로다 식음료는 한정되있고 빵도 별로다 그러나 볶음밥은 괜찮다 와이 파이도 잘터지지않은데 이건 섬전체가 그런것같다 가끔 전기도 나간다 그다음날은 벌레가있어서 방을 청소한다고 방을 바꾸란다 하루후에 원상복귀시켜준다고 해놓고 아무런 말이없다 조금은 사람을 무시하는것같다. 아름다운섬에서 서로을 배려하는 마음이 있었더라면 헐씬 좋았을텐데 아쉽다

Good location, quiet. Easiest accessable way right at the pier. Many Restaurants in walking distance. The only negative point: staff at their own restaurant ignores you completely. Coffee and extras of breakfast is heaps overpriced.
