I would like to compliment Mr. Virak, who has made my stay at Novotel Sihanoukville extremely pleasant. Mr. Virak always anticipates my needs, puts himself in my shoes, and goes the extra mile to make sure I am comfortable. His service is beyond thoughtful and truly exceptional. On Day 1, when I needed a quiet spot for a meeting, he patiently followed me from the restaurant to the lounge and finally to the lobby—just to help me find the perfect quiet corner. He even brought me an extra table...

New boutique hotel on a terrific white sand beach and huge pillows and totaly new sunbeds. Staff most professional and friendly. Rooms clean and comfortable overlooking a sparkling clear pool fro natural stone. Meals very fresh and tasty. The biggest list of breakfast which I ever saw. Benedict is my favorite. Special thanks for the chef Mr. K for his amazing food. He worked before at the Four Seasons and he know how to make you happy :). Quiet location and rates fair and good value

It wasn't great, oasis in the middle of chaos ;) very comfortable rooms, the restaurant better than many places at the beach, chill out atmosphere and very helpful lady at the reception. Cheap as well,(especially if you book directly with them)
