This resort is very conveniently located in Sairee beach just at the beginning of it. Quiet enough and away enough to enjoy the quiet but close enough to the party if that’s what you want. Parking for your motor bike available, and the main road is very close by. Close enough to the pier for a 15 min walk. Nearby you have restaurants, dive shops (Simple Life Divers), snorkeling tour on site, breakfast included just across the walkway. Rooms were okay and the pool is right there. Beautiful view of the ocean and sunset!!!!

This hotel exceeded all expectations. With stunning ocean views from my room, a restaurant serving surprisingly good food, and the friendliest staff imaginable, it was a dream getaway. However, the internet connection could use improvement. Despite this, it's still a top recommendation for anyone seeking a relaxing seaside escape.

Good location and the sea view was beautiful. The whole place was pretty run down though (safe in my room didn’t work, tv didn’t work, some holes in bed sheets, bad smelling shower, low water pressure on bidet). I think for the price (quite expensive) these things are expected to be better. Not sure if there are better hotels nearby so I would be open to staying again as the view was amazing!

The front desk service staffs were excellent. The walkway leading to the rooms require some maintenance work. Not much variety and options with the included breakfast. Only coffee is included as standard while espressos or cappuccinos are extras, which is different from the other hotels we experienced in Bangkok, Koh Samui and Ko PhaNgan.

lovely stay overall

Nice hotel, friendly staff and a lovely position overlooking Sairee beach. Close to all the action. Pool looked a bit murky but the sea is outside! Also, breakfast in the cafe opposite was mediocre - mainly the quality of the food - choice was reasonable but the orange juice was too diluted, the bacon and sausage was not to my taste and the croissants soggy. There were other things so you could find enough to keep yopu going. We had an upgraded room overlooking the beach both ways. The room was spacious and bed huge and comfy - no complaints. Overall - would fully recommend.

Disappointing hotel

This hotel could be so good,but it’s condition let’s it down. There needs to be more maintenance, there were problems with hot water, showers that don’t drain properly flooding the bathroom floor, patio door didn’t lock, broken sunbeds. Grubby bed linen and towels. The pools look good and location great for sunset views. The bars and restaurants are nearby which is a positive. The breakfast had limited choice and consistently ran out, the egg station was a positive The transfers from the port were good and well organised. On the whole we were disappointed with the property, and feel it was poor value. We wouldn’t recommend it

Bathroom towels were horrendous, old and stained with ragged edges. Room was large, AC worked okay. Bathroom had no amenities including hand soap (okay so we used shower gel to wash hands). Location is incredible though and sunsets here are 10/10, so we would recommend this place anyways. Staff was not very friendly or helpful, young woman actually rolled her eyes at me when I couldn’t get our door lock to work. Breakfast was okay, not great but whatever.

Few nights away from the crowd

PP relax is far from the noices of Phi Phi downtown. Only one restaurant and the beach. That is exactly what we were looking for. Remember to a take an AC room.

Beautiful property and amazing views clean room

This hotel was amazing- beautiful views of the ocean and amazing sunset from our room every night. Very close to great restaurants and public beach. Im not sure where the restaurant/ bar advertised us we never saw one or were told about this. Luckily there is plenty of food a short walk away. We were able to do laundry here affordably. I wish there was more monitoring of the pools and maybe one reserved for adults. Each day kids from a couple families would be leaping pool to pool splashing and loud which we could hear from the room. I was surprised staff didnt ask them to calm down. Otherwise still a great experience just somethings to note for the hotel since it was a more expensive stay for us.

Das Hotel hatte bestimmt mal gute Zeiten. Leider ist es nach längerer Zeit abgenutzt und nicht wieder aufgefrischt worden und das sieht man. Sämtliche Farben sind verblasst oder abgeplatzt. Die Möbel der Zimmer sind sehr abgenutzt und verschlissen. Die Kopfkissen dürfen gerne mal erneuert werden. Wir haben nach der Ankunft ersteinmal um neue Kissen und Bettwäsche gebeten da diese Flecken und auch gelbe Schweisflecken hatte. Nach der ersten Nacht mussten wir das Zimmer wechseln, da der nächtliche Lärmpegel aufgrund der naheliegenden Disco nicht auszuhalten war und bis 02.30 Uhr auch mit Ohrenstöpsel nicht an schlaf zu denken war. Das Frühstück ist mehr schlecht als recht und die Auswahl mittelmäßig. Proteinquellen muss man suchen. Das einzige was hervorzuheben ist, ist das Personal am Empfang. Die Damen sind äußerst bemüht und immer freundlich.
