"My husband and I had an absolutu fantastic stay here for 3 nights - it's the perfect base to explore the island while being located close to Ishigaki centre for great food options and amenities. The swimming pool was a fantastic length to do laps in, and the buffet breakfast was delicious with lots of western and Asian options. Our room was spotless with a beautiful view over the ocean. We will definitely be coming back to stay again! "

"We loved our time at Cago Guest House. My husband and I stayed for two nights and wish we stayed longer. Taketomi is a beautiful, quiet island and Cago is the perfect place to stay and enjoy it. The owners, a husband and wife, are lovely. We opted for the dinner both nights (breakfast was included) and all the food was fantastic. Highly recommend this place!"

"I would thoroughly recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Iriomote. There's lots of space on the property, including a massive bathroom and a huge terrace, with a sea view where you can see the stars at night. There's also lots of wildlife that can be easily seen from many areas on the property, for example frogs and coconut crabs. "Have been in Ishigaki for 6 times, Miyahira Hotel did surprise me on the location, amenities and room condition. I stayed at the new building with balcony, which works perfectly well for divers - to dry our gear. Location is quiet and just stone throw to bus terminals for airport transfer. Breakfast is the top in town, from variety and quality perspectives. You can enjoy Blue Seal ice-cream there. They also offer free coffee everyday until 5pm with paper cups to facilitate take away. Next time, I will stay in Miyahira. "
