"A tremendous place stay just on outskirts of town centre and 200 metres from the sea/ harbour. Lovely room with two balconies. Very helpful staff with great local knowledge; Jakop recommended three fantastic restaurants. "Terrible experience. Rude and unhelpful staff, endless rules, and unfair charges. We had to clean the apartment ourselves, throw out our garbage, and still pay €60 for cleaning. They demanded a €300 deposit, embarrassed us in front of guests over a partial tax payment, and the checkout employee even refused to help me carry my heavy suitcase despite my back condition. Zero hospitality, just stress. Avoid this place at all costs."

A few notes to improve
The path walking to the old town needs some serious lightning at night. I understand it's not part of the property but the hotel should work with the city to put some lighting at night. It can get very sketchy coming back at night.
If I'm ordering food in the outside area, don't make the customer go inside to pay, I'm paying a premium for this service. It's called dine in for a reason.
The jacuzzi wasn't warm
Everything else was great, breakfast was amazing, the pool and the room was spacious.
