"Absolutely amazing, brilliant staff, food & hotel! We upgraded our room to a suite on arrival as the smaller rooms are pretty small & dark, definitely would do this on arrival it’s €25/30 a night. The only problem is the sunbeds. They get taken by 9am & staff removed belongings on random days which can be an issue, doesn’t seem to be enough sunbeds for the guests at the hotel. I couldn’t recommended the staff and food highly enough, will defo be returning!! "

"Not a 4-Star Hotel by European or American Standards Here’s my experience, ranked by personal importance: Noise: Every night, the hotel hosts loud music events. If you're hoping for peace and quiet, you won’t get any before midnight. Room Conditions: The room had a strong, persistent odor of humidity from the moment I walked in. There are no blackout curtains, and the bedding and mattress are very low quality—it honestly felt like sleeping on sandpaper. Towels had a strong mildew smell and were of the cheapest kind. The bathroom had visible mold, especially around the shower area, which was quite unpleasant. Shampoo and soap were limited to a single small bottle per day—barely enough for one person. Food & Drinks: The buffet was extremely limited—during my stay, there was usually only one fish and one meat dish. The overall quality was poor; nothing tasted fresh, not even the bread. Most dishes were just bad. No made-to-order omelets in the morning either. Drinks, including soft drinks and cocktails, were machine-dispensed, overly diluted, and frankly undrinkable. Amenities: The TV was a tiny 22 inches—your smartphone is likely a better option. There are no elevators, The hotel does not offer on-site parking, although you can usually find free street parking nearby. The positive: All the staff was very professional "

"Great hotel for the price. Not 5 Star but you’re not paying 5 start prices. Food well cooked and a good choice at all meals, like all buffet meals some could be hotter but all eatable. Our room was basic but spacious, comfortable and near to all amenities which is what we asked for. With 3 pools none are too crowded but you do have to be early if you want a sunbed with some shade. The entertainment is ok but not great. Bingo costs either €5 or €10 euros but not money prizes just merchandise, Champagne or Spa treatments. All staff are friendly and helpful especially the two guys on reception and the two maître d’s in the restaurant. All in all we enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider returning. "
