"It was a nice hotel but its not five star inside the rooms. We had a pool suite and the bathroom especially had seen better days. The room felt very sterile no soft furnishings, pictures or plants to soften the large tiled areas. There wasn't anything about the suite that made it feel special to be honest. We were right on the end room 426 and the pool and terrace really didn't get any sun after 10am but that was luck of the draw. The cleaner walked in every day regardless of the do not disturb light and if you weren't ready for her she never came back. We had unmade beds etc most days most annoying. The rest of the hotel was lovely, very clean and the food in the a la carte restaurants was very nice. You have to book them for dinner so get ahead of the game as soon as you download the app or you miss out. The best tip I can give you is take care of the barman every now and again in the main bar in the lobby with a good tip and you never need to queue for your drink again!"

"This resort is as good or better than advertised. Our room was impeccable. The private pool, although not a must, was super convenient. The water is on the cool side, so be ready for a true refreshing plunge. The private beach is super quiet and welcoming. The pebble beach was unique to us but we really enjoyed it. We took the package for breakfast meals included. I highly recommend. Although a buffet style, please remove any pre conceived ideas. Not a normal choice of ours, but this is truly the exception. Food was delicious, plentiful and huge variety…Service was spot on. Ambience was awesome with open windows for the cool breeze off the Mediterranean while enjoying the sun. Sit outside. "Overall a lovely resort and enjoyable stay. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly and rooms were beautiful. A few small things which we found were worth a mention. The buggies made a loud beeping noise which woke us up most mornings and we did hear it at night too as they drove by. The half board menu was very limited with only one choice for dessert and starter and 2 mains to choose from. The breakfast buffet however was excellent."
