"We had a lovely stay at Sofia Pension, the owner was very friendly and helpful. We had to call at 10pm as our air con wasn’t working when we arrived and someone was promptly sent out to fix it (thanyou) a lovely fresh breakfast was provided. The rooms are on the small side and fairly basic but did the job and for the price and amazing central location in the old town were fare. Thanks for a great stay."

10/10 Excellent

"Great property near to Old Town 10 minute walk. Loads of restaurants a small local shops. Harbour with boat trips etc. Staff were very helpful and all the little extras made the trip, complementary watermelon & cava, fresh juice by the pool daily. Free mini bar which was topped up daily. Great breakfast option. Furniture in the rooms a little tired but cleanliness was 100%."

"Wonderful stay - fantastic location, very helpful staff, lovely property. We stayed in the annex which was a nice sized air conditioned room - a minute down the road. Room was nicely renovated, a good sized and nice and cool. Breakfast was also great, we even arranged an early breakfast one morning. If you want to stay in the old city, this is a great choice."

"The room was lovely and clean and the view of the sea fantastic. It is a shame that the buildings infront are rather run down but if you don’t sit right to the front of the balcony they are obscured. The location is excellent for walking into the old town the only downside is the proximity to bar street which can be rather rowdy but if you turn right when you come out the front of the hotel you never have to go along it."
