"I arrived early in to Kolkatta from Hydrabad. Made multiple calls to see if they would allow complimentary early check in after 12.00 noon. No one called to say aye or nay !!! Very poor management on duty . Thus was second time visiting this hotel and I’ll not return to waste my money. Next time I’ll select either Fairfield Marriot or JW Marriot ."

"I usually stay in Oberoi hotel but since it’s been closed for renovations I’ve been trying new hotels and i was very pleased with Kennilworth , superb location "

"Spa Didnt Used. Pool is not comfortable and starting dept is too much for average women height and children. "
