"The receptionist Vanessa and helper netty are super nice and helpful. They don’t tell you there is no a/c and you will be super hot!!!! Also 6 monkey escaped into my room and threw my stuff everywhere. The owners appear to be nice however they talked to other guest and not me, very weird. Wi-Fi went out for half the day. "

"The resort is wonderfully located. Overall our stay was ok. The staff was not attentive to the small things. Large wait times for service at meals. The whole property could use some upgrades. We usually stay at the Sarova Whitesands. I think we will be headed back there next year. "

"The beds were terrible. The beds were horrible and hurting my back. The beds have wires sticking into me and my wife’s back. These mattresses are ready for the burn pit ! Even animals should not sleep in these beds. Need to change all your mattresses to attract more clients and profits."

"We recently checked into your hotel and unfortunately encountered several issues during our stay. Upon arrival, we were informed that because we hadn’t pre-booked breakfast, no meals would be available the following day—even if we wished to pay for them—due to an event taking place. We explained that we needed access to food due to health conditions, but no alternative solution was offered. Additionally, we were promised a water dispenser that never arrived. Later that evening, the air conditioner began leaking, creating a large puddle of water in our room. To make matters worse, there was no phone in the room to contact reception for assistance. We eventually had to switch rooms late at night, which caused further inconvenience. Thankfully they located us to a much better room - no longer flooding. It is a beautiful place for events and wedding. "
