Without him I'm not sure I would give this place a high rating. I mean it is clean and pleasant but location wise nothing special and it's inside a shopping centre so anyone can get in the lift and could come to our floor, so not really safe. "The staff were friendly. The accommodation was very comfortable and clean. There was on site parking.
The only downside was that the curtains didn’t block any light out, so our children struggled to get a good night’s sleep. If the curtains were replaced with thicker ones I would score higher. "

"Hotel has a very convenient location. It is walkable distance to all Saranda. Also hotel is new so all looks really good.
I had to ask them to clean the room trice in a 4 day stay. It seems there is no schedule to do that, so they can be better on that, in summer can get really bad.
Breakfast can be better, add scrambled eggs, bacon, fruit. They have an opportunity here."
