"We lost our key card and they charged us 10 euros also they don’t clean your room every day they said they don’t come around each day and I had to ask for it to be cleaned no basic amenities in the hotel no iron had to pay for ironing pool
Was also very cold when we asked for it to be warm the next day they said it is and it will be however it wasn’t "

"The staff, especially the lady at the front desk was highly professional and personable.
Hotel could use a better ventilation system in the dining area.
The area around the hotel was very safe, walkable and plenty of authentic food around, especially if you into pork cuisine.
All in all, pleasantly surprised by the quality of service. "
